Am I allowed to sell physical versions your files?

Great question creator! If you’re interested in selling my digital files, you will need to sign up for a commercial license on my Patreon for $10 per month.

As an active supporter, you will have access to a Commercial License that will allow you to legally sell physical prints of any of my designs.

However, it’s important to note that once you cancel your subscription, the commercial license will expire.

What types of files do you design?

I love creating items that are not only functional but also have a playful and creative touch that makes them stand out from regular objects.

I used to spend hours looking for 3D printing files to make, but I never really found anything worth my time.

That’s why I went on a mission to create designs that people would actually use and enjoy.

So, you’ll find designs for all sorts of things, including office accessories, living room decorations, bedroom gadgets, bathroom items, and more.

Joining my Patreon community also gives you the opportunity to suggest designs that you would like to see in the future, so you can have a say in what I create next.

How often do you design files?

Thanks for your interest in my designs! I usually try to create 3 to 4 new files per month, but it may vary depending on my schedule. Also, my Patreon supporters get to have a say in what designs I work on first, so if you become a member, you can influence the direction of my work.

Do you offer refunds on Digital Products?

ALL sales are final. All files have been tested and I made sure the files print without any problems. 

I do not offer refunds on digital products as once the files have been downloaded, I cannot retrieve them.

However, if you are experiencing any technical difficulties with the files, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

How do I download the Digital Files?

Once you complete the payment process, you’ll be able to download the digital files right away.

The download link will appear on the order confirmation page and in the confirmation email that you receive.

Additionally, if you create an account on our website, you’ll be able to access your purchased files anytime by logging in and going to your account.

Simply click on “Downloads” and you’ll see all your purchased files available for download.

I Lost my digital files, can I download them again?

If you created an account on our website, you can access your downloaded files anytime by clicking on “Account” and then “Downloads.”

If you did not create an account, please contact us with your order information, and we will do our best to assist you in retrieving your files.
